Heather Phillips (President) - Heather is an extraordinarily thorough technology consultant. She has a very special ability to determine exactly what a client needs and deliver comprehensive results in a timely and professional fashion. She is also the majority shareholder in Phillips Consulting, Inc.
Ramie Phillips (Chairman of the Board) - Ramie has a long history in security dating back to 1998. He has a particular interest in networks and computer security. He specializes in encryption, penetration testing, and securing networks. As an original founder in Phillips Consulting, Inc., Ramie still provides guidance and oversight as subject matter expert in security related topics.
Craig Kempenaar (Chief Operating Officer) - Craig is a master at wiring and physical security. He has a long history dating back decades providing to a vast range of clients. He also manages the service and implementation departments.
Staff
We have specialized technicians with a broad and experienced knowledge base. Many are proud veterans representing the US military. Our technicians go through an extensive background check. We have an incredibly difficult hiring procedure that ensures we have only the best talent available. For example, when hiring a technician, we generally start with 10 candidates out of hundreds of resumes. The applicant goes through an extensive interview to determine if the candidate?s temperament and knowledge are up to our rigorous standards. Typically, only 3 technicians make the cut during this process. The technicians who made the cut get invited to our practical exam. Our practical exam consists of hours of practical exhibition of their technical skills in our lab. We then make our choice and perform another rigorous interview.
